Outage alert: Since about 20:00 UTC our data server's connection to the outside world disappeared. We're working on this.

/edit Looks like they are back up but it may take awhile to work off the backlog....

It seems like the link is up again...

BTW, seti has always been on optic cable... but was in 2001 cut by vandals stealing copper wire. 😉

JWMiddleton, the server is back online for me here in NYC, w/in the last few minutes, try again and see what happens 🙂
 
The link is up, and pumping out 50 Mbits, but the server machine is dropping connections.
This is due to all is hammering away on the server after the outage, and has probably still only 1500 simultaneous connections.

So wait an hour, and it should be easier to connect. 🙂
