SETI automatic shutdown in WIN98?

Is there a way under Windows 98 to get the SETI CLI client to shutdown automatically? Right now I either have to ctrl-alt-del and then end task or I have to go to shutdown and then I am prompted the it is running and needs to be shutdown and wait for it to bring up the end task window. Hope this isn't too confusing.

<< find conagent.exe in the windows folder and pull up the properties on this file. Now turn off the "warn if still active" option. This will affect all MS-DOS boxes like the CLI. Try closing the CLI now. It doesn't need your approval anymore. >>
