So I get off the line with tech support cuz they say my order hasn't gone through (which isn't true according to my earlier conversation) and call the business office to sort out the mess. and guess what?


Their systems were crashing/crashed! 😛

So here I am on hold.😛

Oh, and the other great thing is "I'm just going to put you on hold while I talk to my supervisor", you get put on "hold", and you get sent straight to the "Hi, and welcome to NTL Home. In order for us to handle your call more effeciently, please enter your full telephone number, including your area code, after the tone, BEEEEP", which is what you get when you first call up, so they've basically put you back to the end of the queue

Quest is pretty cool I have them for my long distance carrier. I would also have them for local-long distance but they don't support ISDN. Rates are real good.

and they claim it "may" screw up their automatic changes in the morning. So I get to just wait and see.

So if the Queues are unreachable in the morning - be advised that I may not be able to get it back up until Noon or ~5pm when I get home from work.
