Seti and page faults

I am just curious what is an acceptable amount of page faults per second. I was playing around with system monitor and noticed that when I have seti running the page faults/sec is really high. Is there a point that this should concern me or is it no big deal?

Yeah, that's been discussed here before ( by someone, somewhere... 😱 )
It's no big deal, you should see the page faults generated by the Real Server I have on my web service - yeesh how many millions a day??? The OS handles it and you move on, not to worry.
There are of course more technical discussions of this around here somewhere, likely in the archives 😉
