So, I want to read my text messages (which I almost never do) on my Windows 10 Microsoft Lumia 640. I get that message about Windows Hello and it wants me first to enter my Windows Account password, which I do. Then it asks me for my PIN. I look this up and enter it. However, there's no Return, i.e. carraige return or OK button. It just sits there in the Get. WTF is this? All I see are this:

[<my entered pin> ]

I forgot my PIN
[Cancel]
[ X ]

The [ X ] erases the last symbol in the PIN get. The first two will get me nowhere. WTF is up with this? I entered my PIN but can't ENTER it!

I figure maybe I can't see the return mechanism because of what? My font is too big? This is nutty.

Windows Hello is what? One of Microsoft's latest gambits in security implementation?

No, it appears to be MS answer to iTunes. Are you talking about a Windows phone?

OK, I see the Lumia 640 is a Smartphone - will move to the proper Forum.

The pin automatically enters once you type all the digits. I suspect you are entering the wrong pin (or it is a bug).

Hello is Windows security system to login users via biometrics, I suspect that there might be some bug here as the 640 doesn't have any biometric support. What build are you on? Where are you at in the system? I can check on my 640 when I get home.

So, if I click [Forgot my PIN] it says to go here to change it:

Settings/Accounts/Sign in/Options IIRC

But I go to Settings and there's no "Accounts"

Friggin' Microsoft! I'm fidgeting in Settings, it's stupid and frustrating as hell. No mention of PIN there. I tried entering my other PIN before, that didn't work either. There's no other 4 digit PIN I would have used.

? Accounts is in settings. Try searching for it.

The pin doesn't have to be 4 digits, it can be as long as you want.
