Set up external mail with AOL

How can I send and receive email with a domain I own, using AOL as an ISP?
In other words, I want to send/receive email with this account: ron@ron.com while being connected to AOL.
I can receive with no problem using Outlook Express, but cannot send. I do not know how to set up my SMTP.

Can you help me?

what mail program are you using?
it may be that your smtp server you are connecting to needs authentication which in most mail programs is turned off by default
