Set home page from command line?

I got hit with the luckysearch.net hijack and I'm having major trouble getting rid of it. I was thinking of just enabling a "band-aid" batch file that would runonce on startup and set my homepage to my normal one (yahoo.com). How would I set the homepage from the command line? is it possible?
