Whats Best OC for my 3200+ & Ballistix with these settings :
I dont like overvoltage because I think it can cause very lower life for my hardware then
I find my Max HTT and Max Memory frequency for default voltage in BIOS (no overvolt)

Max HTT : 246MHz Stable
Max Mem frequency @ 2.5-2-2-6 : 238 Stable
Max Mem frequency @ 2-2-2-6 : 218 Stable

Stable with :
1.Memtest86+ one time test #1 to #8 and repeat test #5 15 time and test #8 10 time with no error
2.OCCT Passed

PS: VCore 1.376 (no overvolt) and 2.6v mem (no overvolt) but Motherboard auto set mem voltage to 2.75v!! Why?

download prime95 and Torture test for 24 hours to see if you are truely "stable."

Looks like you're limited by the RAM. Stick with 2.5-2-2-6-1T or 2.5-3-3-6-1T. The CPU will run fine up to 1.5V (negligible loss in durability). Drop the memory divider to 166 and see if you could add at least another 100 MHz of overclock. If not, then go back to 1:1 at 2.5-2-2-6-1T.
