Sesame Prawn Toast EXPERTS here?

Gonna explain this quick.

So I pasted the prawn paste onto my bread then the Sesame BUT can I cover the who bread with egg yolks? Will that work? If yes I will then oven the toast and not fry them because I'm not American.

So basically can I cover the bread in egg yolk then start the cooking process?

Not an expert, but agree that dipping it in eggs before frying is good, and is actually the typical way of doing it.

Not sure about the baking - have never seen it done that way.

Edit: I would have dipped the bread in the egg first, before applying the shrimp paste and the sesame
