Services that are safe to be deleted in XP?

I see so many serves running and run at the start of the Windows XP.
What would be the services that are safe to be stopped to free some resources?

I found one tip that seemed to work fine for me , that is to change all your services to manual and reboot , if they are required they will be automatically started , some of them cannot be changed to manual.
Some imo need to be diabled such as the remote registry service.
