Services required for Winxp Pro Web server?

I was applying a mix of the "Safe" and "Gaming" Tweaks from Black Viper, and afterwards, my web server stopped functioning. At least, I've attributed it to this, because it took me a few days to realize it (I don't access it much), and that's the biggest thing I remember changing.

I'm running the Web Server on WinXP Pro SP1 over IIS, and I've even tried uninstalling/reinstalling IIS hoping it would reset any services it needed. Short of reverting back to the Default Service Settings, can anyone tell me what services are required? If needed, I'll post a listing of my services (rather, screenshots to save time) and their settings when I get home tonight.

Undo the changes you made. Start disabling one at a time to figure out what you screwed up.

Is it possible to run Apache under WinXP Pro? Setting up a designated server running a *nix variation would eliminate the purpose I use my web server for....
