Everytime I go to windows update, it tells me 2 of the 3 services required to be running to use the site aren't running. And every time I set those services to automatic and start them up. The setting doesn't seem to be sticking though. The services are Automatic Updates and BITS. I assumed that since I have auto updates turned off, this in turn turned the service off and continues to do so. But why BITS?
