Services are getting turned off automatically

I have several programs on my computer that I use occassionally that have the services stopped every time I go to use them. Can someone offer some suggestions on how this happens without me doing it and no one else uses this computer.

The programs are: AdAware; AVG Anti-spyware; Diskeeper

I can restart the first 2 but Diskeeper will no longer start and I get error message 1062.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I am running ZXP Pro w/SP2
