Is it true that if your pc is on a domain then sp2 firewall is disabled by default?

I've read reports of SP2 turning off third party firewalls (like Zone Alarm) and enabling its own firewall instead.

from what i've seen sp2 don't like things that aren't its own or cristened by microsoft to work with it...thus most firewalls dont jive with it and need to be turned off so sp2 can turn its on. Same thing goes with wireless it seemed like, have some USR cards and had to just give in and use windows config instead of usr config to get them to detect and stay on networks for whatever reason. Also virus scanners are interesting with it, i use AVG and ht seems to work with it on some comps but not others, how that works i have no clue. I hate this "Service Pack" :(

The issue is that anti-virus and firewall software developers need to update their software in order for Microsoft's security center to properly detect them.
