Service Pack 1 broke my drivers

I can't seem to connect to the internet at all after installing Vista SP1.

When I use Diagnose and Repair, I get 2 at least two errors:

"The network adapter 'NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues."

"Make sure your Internet Protocol Bindings are correct"
(to which I believe they are since it says to make sure IPV4 and IPV6 are selected, and they are)

"The network adapter "Marvell Yukon 88E8053 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues."

When my Netgear WG111, my wifi connector, is connected, i get the same error as before just remove the Marvell or NVIDIA part and replace with Netgear.

I can't connect to the internet with it and I have fallen back to my laptop as my only salvation to repair the damage from this installation.

I have a Asus P5n32-SLI Deluxe but I believe I am running the latest drivers for it. Does anyone have a suggestion other than the 20 pound sledge?

Just go to Windows Update in the control panel, click view update history, click Installed Updates, then you'll see all your updates. From there you can uninstall SP1.

Instead of believing, try to make sure that you are running the latest drivers for your motherboard as well as your ethernet connections. A friend of mine has the same motherboard and did not run into this type of error.

Also, try resetting your router, if applicable.

try reseting your bios... I had to do that to get my to mine to work. Don't know why, don't care because it worked and it's still working. Pain because if you had manual settings on everything, you need to go back and do all of that.
