Service like Spamdrain for stopping spam ?

Mailwasher Pro works for me - not only for spam, but for all undesired email.
 
Symantec messagelabs has been excellent for our clients but they price at 5 user minimums (unless under a partner account). Appriver is used by one of our clients to fairly good effect and I have read good things about Mailroute, GFI Mail Essentials, and Spam Titan. I was messing around with Inumbo when it was free for 10 users but now costs a few pennies per 100 messages or something. Probably still the least expensive.
