Looks like someone forgot to install the update for the new daylight savings time.

Changing a setting on a server that he probably doesn't even have permission or proper credentials to access would be a lot of work.

Still broken. If the search feature is an indicator on how long it'll take to get this fixed, it'll be fixed by 2013. :p

My Comcast cable is out right now it's probably because they didn't update their computers.

if its another microsoft OS, it may too have an update that can be had. Linux or Sun... no clue.

Last time I checked they were using Win2k, but that was a while ago.

We'll probably just have to deal with it, just like we have to deal with the broken search feature ;)

Ain't it sad? The people who run the forums wrote the software, and even they can't get it to work :)

Yeah, gotta love how they removed features from newer versions of Fusetalk. When Jason was asked why he replied with "not a lot of people used that feature". DOH.

<- On Win2k and yep, an hour behind. Turning off 'automatically adjust for daylight saving' setting does not work either. The server gets the time and rolls it back. Had to set the clocks to atlantic time for three weeks. Ok so we live in Bermuda for three weeks! I can handle that. ;)

MS wants 4000 to patch these servers? Ridiculous. Of course it can be done manually but when you have Exchange and Blackberries involved oh boy. Why is the US Govt doing this again?

I'm an early riser. Fvck DST it's a joke. I really hate setting my watch (Ulysse Nardin Marine) back and forth when it should not have to be touched at all! :|

That's what the Exchange/Outlook DST tool is for.

Likely the problem is that the server hosting the forums wasn't patched. One of the more known bugs is that the server uses eastern time to keep track of everything.

Maybe they got "lucky" like me and got a bad Daylight Saving Time patch for Windows 2000. About half of my servers didn't update this weekend thanks to that :(

Hmmm I thought this was supposed to save energy?

Well it looks like if this is true, gas consumption will rise making supplies tighter thus jacking prices. Gee who would've thunkit?
