Server Service automatically disabling itself

Krakerjak

I have a small network setup at home.
Im using a SMC router to connect the 2 pc's and for internet with a DSL modem.

I have everything working fine, XP firewall off on system 1, and Win Server 2003 firewall off on system 2.
I can share a printer and files and have working internet for both systems. but every 30 mins or so the XP pro system turns of the Server service which cuts off my file and printer sharing on that system. I have to keep restarting the service manually every ~30 mins from the administrator tools, but like i said it resets itself after a short while, even during a transfer.

I have no idea how or why this service keeps getting disabled but it is preventing me from retreiving files from my XP system.

Any ideas??
