Server R2 OEM CALs

I received a new Windows Server R2 machine for the domain. It came with a 5 CAL certificate. Am I allowed by Microsoft to add those 5 CALs to the total Per User/Per Device CAL pool for the domain? I wasn't sure if I could since the server license was OEM.
 
CALs are CALs. "OEM" are just the ones sold with OEM versions and they are valid in a production domain.
