That would work ok as a web server. IIRC, this guy runs The Krib on a 486 with a DSL line. I'm getting ready to set up my old P100 as a file server, so you can basically serve anything you want with it.
Well, make sure you something to serve first. But your machine should be just fine as a server. I have an AMD 486-1333 (around p75) as a webserver and it runs fine. Heck, my main server is a Cyrix machine.
