I'd like to use PowerQyuest VolumeManager 2.0 on Windows Server 2003 but it's not yet supported.

Can anyone suggest some alternatives? Thanks

Why not just use the provided disk management tool for creation/deletion. And resizing isn't something you shouldn't be doing often.
