Server Motherboard Recommendations needed for P4 2.8C

Hey Guys.

I have been searching around for server motherboards around NewEgg, PriceWatch, and as well as reading reviews in anandtech.

I wasn't sure to what I was to get because there is a variety of motherboards to select. I will need some recommendations for a server motherboard with the following specs:

PENTIUM 4 2.8C
Corsair PC-3200 RAM
EIDE HD

the motherboard should be compatible with the above specifications

My budget is around < $200.

server mobos are for xeons ex: dual p4 xeons, you dont need a server board for a reg p4, even if you are useing it for a server.
 
Any 865/875 based mobo will satisfy your specs. The only server based mobo w/ 64bit pci slost is the Supermicro P4SCT &amp; P4SCT+II .

Buy you can get a Asus p4p800e for $110 from newegg.
