Server motherboard PCB thickness, socket height (with CPU)

Does anyone know the standard PCB thickness of a server-class motherboard, such as the Supermicro H8QGi-F? Also, does anyone know the height (as measured from the PCB surface) of a G34 socket with CPU installed? Thanks!
