Server/Host/ISP Problem?

Okay, I have a reseller hosting account with a company in Washington. I have about 20 sites on the server, all have the same IP address except the master account. Randomly, some of my site will not be able to be accessed ... while others can be accessed. Remember now, these are all on the same server, same IP, and same DNS, so I no the server isn't down, but I don't know why some sites won't load while others will.

For example if I hosted anandtech, say "http://www.anandtech.com" randomly I would give a "page cannot be displayed" error for several hours, but if i just typed "http://anandtech.com" into my browser it would always load, even if at the same time I am receiving a "page cannot be displayed" error when using the "www" prefix. All accounts were set up in the reseller panel "domain.extention" no "www" were using in account setups.

I am just confused because this problem is random, some will work, then not work, then work again, while other on the account always work. My host told me it was my ISP routing servers problem. I have a feeling it's something to do with the host, cause I've never had this problem with other hosts. I have spend many hours posting on perldesk back and forth with my host, and a few hours on the phone with my ISP. I turn here for any other opinions.

Thanks.

I only posted in highly technical because I've asked so many people about this, and no one has been able to give me even a hint at where the problem could lie, or how to fix it, so I figured only "highly technical" would be appropriate. If it doesn't belong here, maybe a mod could move the post to where it should be, don't want to annoy with re-posts.

Thanks.

Thanks.

I appreciate your frustration, but if the folks in Networking and Tech Support can't help you, I doubt you'll find help here. 🙁

This is the sort of thing your webhosting service and ISP should be fixing. If they both blame each other, tell them to work it out and fix the problem or you'll take your business elsewhere and tell everyone you know to do the same. That ought to get their attention.
