"server busy" message with hotmail

i keep getting this more and more frequently these days, anyone else having this problem with hotmail?

Try getting your hotmail through POP3 instead.

yep i get this message during the day while I'm at work...when I'm at home I use Outlook to check it...but you can still get the server busy using that method as well.
