I am trying to figure out the best software program for this purpose. I work at a system integrator/reseller, and we use some crappy burn in test software. I am looking for something that works better.
Currently, we have an xp image we install via ghost (pxe boot, and then ghostcasting) that has the burn in software we currently use. We have this software save a burn in report to a network drive...
Is this the best kind of setup? I am guessing it is, since we are testing blade servers, and they all share 1 optical drive... so it would take too long to boot each off of a cd..
So anyways, I'm trying to figure out what the best burn in program would be. I would prefer it be a program really designed for burning in (not like prime95 which was originally something else, but gets used to burn in), that would give us reports we can print just like this does. And I would like to use only one program to test everything.... Also, if the best program runs on linux, then it may be an option for me to set up a linux image instead...
Thanks for your suggestions....
