Server 2008 IE can not login to Solarwinds or Thwack

has anybody run into a similar problem with 2k8? I can login to cisco and other sites fine but not solarwinds site. I can get on the solarwinds site fine with xp, server 03, and vista.

Mods please delete, figured it out.
