Server 2003 Standard CPU count question.

I'm in need of a Server 2003 version that will support > 4 gigs of ram, but have a question about the licensing.

Does Server 2003 Standard x64 support only 4 CPU cores, or 4 CPU's? (ie 2x dual core xeons, or would it work with 2x quad xeons.)

Thanks

All licensing is per physical cpu, not cores. So if it's licensed for 4 it means 4 physical cpu's.
