3rd-party firewall on the client PC? I've had some weird 3rd-party firewall and/or anti-spyware app stop the SBS Wizard from competing.
More than one NIC enabled on the client PC?
Is this is an XP Professional client, right?
Double-check that Active-X Prompting is enabled in Internet Explorer.
Make sure that the client PC is pointing to the Server for DHCP and DNS services.
