Server 2003 Licensing 1 key 2 servers same network?

TwiceOver

Lifer
I need to move a current production Windows Server 2003 to new hardware. My plan is to install the software on the new server and slowly migrate over the programs and resources.

My only question is, can I have two Windows Server 2003 servers on the same network using the same key? Or will they get pissy with eachother and shut down? I haven't really found a difinitive guide on migrating to NEW hardware. I have migrated SBS 2003 to new hardware and that didn't seem to mind having two keys same on the network, but only for xx amount of days or something.

Anyone know?

I've never heard of Windows checking other keys on the same network, if the key activates you should be fine.
