Server 08 R2 Ownership

Hello
I seem to be having an issue on one of my folder structures.
The folder contains only a bunch of scanned pdf files.
I tried to delete the files (As the Domain admin and as the Admin of the server), and got an Access Denied - It says I don't have permission.

I looked at the ownership and it was undetermined - there was no owner.
I tried taking ownership and it said I did not have permission to change ownership.

Sounds like corruption to me, so I tried copying the files out to another folder and again, got Access Denied.

Any suggestions?
