serv-u and dns test

now I think time for help
internet conection
sbcyahoo and use router d-link 604
software use serv-u 4.1
at local server click advance button set
pasv port rang 2000 to 2010
use port 21
and enable dns than I type bestmp3.serverbeer.com

at domain click advance I check passive mode data tranfer and type dow the ip address
when use this it will work
working ftp server
but when using bestmp3.servebeer.com it don't workdon't work
all username/pass=test
can anyone here help me with this setup?
