Seriously how does Michael Jackson keep his skin white?

I've always wondered this myself. All the shapes and looks are explained by plastic surgery but what about his skin? His WHOLE body is pale. How the hell does he do this? I know it's not the pigmentation disease like he claims...

Because I remember seeing the music video, "You are not alone" He's nude with his wife and his whole body is PALE just like his face and limbs.
