Serious Tenancy Question

I am currently renting a place which I am happy with overall but there are some serious problems.

The bathroom has not been fitted professionally, and when I complained about this the landlady had it "repaired" by her husband.
There is no ventilation which means that if all the windows are closed (good idea in winter) that condensation is a big problem (which has started spawning mold about the place.).

Where do I stand on this issue, I thought that all houses had to have ventilation, and is mold growing a health risk?

Can I demand that the bathroom is fixed by a professional?

Where can I find a list of Rights for Renters (I'm in the UK atm btw)?

Any help anyone could give me would be great.

Don't know the legal answers to your questions, but until then how about setting a fan so it blows out the door when the door is open? Steam will still build up while showering, but should dry out nicely then.

it's more an overall problem, the entire flat has no ventilation which means there is mold in 2 rooms.

I believe I read or heard somewhere that if the bathroom has a window then it is not required to have a fan in it and vice versa. Because you can open the window and get ventilation. But in the winter time you're right, that would suck to open the window.
