It features 12 new single player levels and more than that of mutiplayer levels, and many more changes and enhancements. GAMEON!

The game retails for $19 so 14.99 is not a stretch and it is in the weekly flyer so yes this is legit.

Another great game from CroTeam this game is simply amazing. Read the review over at gamespot here they give it 9.1 out of 10 superb!
