when i try to get to cmos i get a black screen with a blue line on the bottom.

tried clear cmos...

Motherboard? BIOS? Tried flashing to newest? Any new hardware/software installed? Can you boot your system or is problem only when trying to access bios? Virus scan?

heads up..it was a power drain...had too many fans on the board.
