It's a new assemble machine. I ordered the board from newegg.com.

Everything is okay with the board except the network interface has serious problems. The one I got worked okay for the first two weeks and all the sudden, the network stopped in the middle of a file copying in Windows Explorer. Rebooted the machine and the system couldn't detect the network cable properly. It will show cable unplugged for one second, then show found the cable for another second, then go back to cable unplugged state and keep repeating this process.

RMA'ed the board for an exchange and installed the new board, however, this time, the network will pause/hang for about 4 seconds in every 10-20 seconds.

Note that this is a fresh installation of XP with SP2, no problems with cable, switch, etc. Also I've tried both the driver from the EPox website and the driver from nVidia. So either the chipset/motherboard had problem, or it is with the driver. In either case, it is unacceptable.

I opened a ticket at EPox support and got a RMA approval for it. Will send it back for repair.
