 I just purchased a new computer, and I am running Windows ME. I have a Logitech Cordless Mouse and all I can see for my mouse pointed is this big black square. It really sucks! I just need someone to tell me how to fix this problem. I just want the normall little arrow for my mouse pointer. I hoe someone has experienced this problem and knows how to fix it. By the way, it happens with the regular old mouse as well. Thanks!

try going to control panel->mouse then go to the pointer tab, then try picking a new set of pointers

Did you install Logitech software for the mouse or are you just using windows default mouse drivers?

uninstall the logitech software.

control panel - add/remove software - whatever whatever... uninstall, the windows mouse cursors

reboot

control panel - add/remove software - whatever whatever... reinstall the windows mouse cursors

unless you have more than 3 mouse buttons, do not use the logitech software, or download the newest version online.

play with the color depth and resolution as well.
