Serious help needed with my Gainward 5900XT

Hey all,
This program Expertool that Gainward makes you get to retrieve bios updates for my card seems to have messed me up. A while back I flashed the bios on it. I wasn't sure if it was newer or not, but usually it wont download if it doesnt need updated. Well anyway, I think something might have gone wrong. I was getting Enhanced Mode of 450/780Mhz like the card is supposed to get(Golden Sample). Now, Im only getting 400/750 Mhz and I cant overclock the core any past 450Mhz anymore. I've emailed them about it, but I thought maybe you guys might be able to help me quicker. I'm not sure if the bios update caused the problem, but its my only guess. I cannot get a different bios because Expertool downloads it automatically and their site doesnt have them.

Whats the defaults clock on a 5900XT? 300/700? I have gotten my Gainward 6800GT yet so I haven't messed with ExperTool at all yet.

Since you are still OCing above the reference specs, I don't think Gainward support is going to be much help.

The card actually is still in reference sort of. The golden sample memory is advertised on their site to do 450/780 and is all peachy to do if I use their Expertool program, still warrantied. I think the newer bios I updated to is what screwed me. Ive read a couple forums where ppl had the same problem and reverted back to the original bios. I wish I still had it. Its xtgs3d00.rom. If anyone has this can I please get it???

Just go all the way and flash it to the 5950 bios.. then underclock the memory to 800MHz

I may have to do so. I just feel safer using the original bios. I cannot find it anywhere Hopefully gainward will reply with the file for me later.....Unless anyone else has it???

Just to warn everyone using a Gainward Video card and expertool 3.18:
Once I installed the new expertool and updated the bios using this program(only was to get the bios files, Gainward program) the Semi Product number detected in Expertool does not match what is physically on my card. So be careful when flashing your bios, no matter where the bios comes from.
I'm in the process of receiving another bios from Gainward Tech support
