SERIOUS DVD PROBLEM??

ON every single software dvd decoder that i have tried i get this thin band on the right hand side of the screen that runs vertically from the top to the bottom. It is very anoying and i cant get rid of it. What is causing this. I have a geforce 2 gts, 6.27 drivers, sb live plat, pioneer 16 x dvd drive?????

first off, does this happen to all dvd's you play?

yep, however, only on movies that are displayed in the proper aspect ratio. Movies that are supposed to fit the entire screen 4:3 movies dont display this problem. It only happens on movies that aren't supposed to fit the 4:3 screen.

You should have got a voodoo 5500 instead. The geforce 2 is plagued with problems like this.
