Serious difficulty with unattended Windows XP install

I posted this in Operating systems bu have got no responses so far...

I am trying to build and run an answer file and every time I test the thing it makes it to the GUI portion of the install and then that is it for the automation. Everything is back to interactive.

Here is the content of the answer file sans-cd key and administrator password:
