Hi, I just want to ask this simple question. Is there a simple way to find out which application/device is utilizing which COM port? I need to know this, because I'm having problems connecting my handphone to my PC. The software keep displaying an error message, saying "Port is busy". So I wish to know which application/device is using the port, and I can free it.
