Serial ATA w/o the serial ATA harddrives???

This adapter seems interesting, but would it really do as intended??

Even with ATA 133 interfaces, hard drives are only cababple of transferring at 50MB/s.

If this thing really does push 150MBs I'd be the first one in line.
