Sortof a newbie here 
I am building a new box and just got this motherboard:

MSI 865PE Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU, Model "Neo2-PFISR " -RETAIL
I thought I could just plug in my IDE drives for a RAID-1 like am currently doing w/ my MSI board. But this one has these "serial" tiny connectors. What do I need to make this work w/ IDE? Thanks
