If she just picked it up from marriage, i can't imagine why you would choose to hyphenate those two names that sound the same.

She married recently. Why not hyphenate if she wants to? It's not like they're the same name.

Serena is supremely talented but I'm kind of happy she lost, she has been stepping over the Confident|Cocky border lately. Definitely a surprise that there is a no-Williams final.

I think that might actually be because the whole crowd was as glad to see her lose as i was. they were cheering when she shanked shots and stuff.

I remember one point where the crowd started cheering on three separate occasions when they thought henin had hit a winner, only to wither to silence when serena chased it down.

Of course no one has ever accused the french of being overly polite.

Jesus, this is exactly what's wrong with this society. Here is this phenomenol athlete, who has been dominating the game along with her sister for the past few years, and not only do people complain about her looks, but they're glad when she loses.

Not only could she probably kick your ass at any sport you tried to play against her, but she's booed for being too good. Way to wish the best for people.

I'm guessing the people who do are not only not women's tennis fans, but would rather see Anna Kournikova lose in a walkover than either of the Williams sisters play a brilliant match.

I'm not sure Richard Williams really helps their public image, either.

Good, I am so sick of hearing about those two gorilla looking women women all the tournaments. Give everyone else a chance, or you'll be put back in your enclosure. On a side note though, we better watch out, because now that they've lost, there could be problems, because i've heard silverbacks can be very ferocious when provoked.
