Separating Cached SSD's

So my upcoming Ultrabookish laptop thing will have a cached SSD/Magnetic HDD hybrid. I'm wondering, how hard will it be to separate the two, as in I want to use the SSD as an actual separate SSD from the magnetic HDD. My dream is to just use the SSD as my OS drive for ultra fast boots/restoration from hibernate while the actual HDD is just used for everything else.

The SSD in question is a 32gig attached in Raid 0.

As far as I know the flash memory portion of those drives is quite small, too small in fact to install anything on it.

The only way to use them is the same way as a regular HDD.

There is typically only 8-16GB on the SSD section. If speed is that important, get a Crucial M4 512GB for $399 over at Newegg.
