Search engine optimization? Research it and do it yourself. Saves time and money, plus you can prolly do it better than some company that couldn't care less about what your page rank is.
 
hmm - interesting but don't you guys think an SEO company would know their stuff in/out and not mess up. Morever any new updates etc they would take care. those guys are chanrging almost 240/month.
