hey all,

I'm looking for ideas for a sentimental or memorable gift for a girl. She's never had a happy christmas yet so I'm hoping my gift will make this holiday special for her, and hopefully she will remember this holiday and me forever. She's 23 if that makes a difference. Something that's not excessively cheesy or corny but communicates some kind of romantic intent. Nothing expensive either since she doesn't like expensive stuff.

What are her interests? Hard to recommend a "sentimental" gift without knowing what she likes. Try to pick something that will remind her of something the two of you have done together. Or find something that you know she would like but would never get for herself.

Does she like winter/snow and you? A snowglobe that you can put a picture of you 2 together

It would really help to know what she likes


 
The best romantic Christmas idea I have ever thought of is to surprise her with a tree. You need to get it in, set up and decorated without her knowing. I gave this idea to a friend of mine last year and it worked like a charm. If that is not an option, try to think of something that will surprise her in a "Little kid on Christmas morning" kind of way.

Her interests is in new and high tech stuff like cameras, cell phones etc.
Though she repeats over and over never to get her an expensive gift and I know for certain that is a fact, not the thing whre girls say they don't want expensive stuff but they really do. So high tech is a good idea but its out of the picture. Well most of the stuff we do is partying and drinking. Any ideas there??

No stuff animals. Customized bear...never heard of it...any more info? She's not into girly or corny stuff though. Pictures of us 2 together would be a great idea but here's the odd part...she doesn't like to see pictures of us 2 together. LOL

Does she like to eat? Could you prepare some sort of a picnic at her place involving some chocolate martinis or something or whatever she likes to drink? Do you want something tangible that she can keep forever? How about a cd of her favorite music? Does she like to read?
