Sent item back to newegg for RMA, Tracking shows it was delivered, how long before they notify you......

I know it says it takes 1-3 days to process, I understand that. I'm wodnering if they notify you letting you know that the product was received. I'm just want to make sure they received it.

Anyone know?

I think I just got a notification that my replacement had shipped, which was 1-2 days after it arrived. They probably don't process RMAs on the weekend though.

They notified me when they received my RMA.

Yea, I'm pretty sure they don't process RMAs on the weekends. I'd just like to make sure it arrived at the right place, sorta paranoid in that way.

I'm also waiting to hear back from them to make sure my stuff got there alright. I'm paranoid too, and I hate staring at step 1.

Well, I just got home, and since I last checked, I've received 2 emails. One saying that they got it the other verifying what was in the package.

I've had good experiences with newegg so far, I'm a happy customer.

Sent my item out Thursday afternoon, 2nd day shipping with fedex from Houston Texas. Got there Monday a 9:30(that's what tracking information said), and received the two emails today.

Did your tracking say it got there already?

Mine got there at roughly 9:30 this morning, I shipped it out from Victorville, CA (north of LA) on Friday at around 5pm or so...so I guess I'll hear from them tomorrow

I got the email updating my status to step 2 today, but that was it...no advancement to step three. Weird.

I get my RMA back today. It was shipped yesterday. I would say RMA with newegg is a one week turn around. Logon to your account and go to order status, it should show up there, at least mine did

Would you believe I still haven't gotten my processor back yet? It's been 12 days now. Is this normal?

Returns can take a long time. Four weeks or more isn't unheard of. This is true with anything (CPUs, video cards, toasters, televisions, etc.). Returns where I work routinely take 3-4 weeks. Of course some companies are better than others, I hear OCZ is awesome.

I understand that, but I had RMA'd my motherboard as well, and that got back to me last Friday. That, and their website claims a 2-3 day shipping turnaround after they approve your item for RMA. As in, they'll ship it out 2-3 days after it gets approved.
