From Hallmark flowers and they didn't include a card with my sweet message written on it. They were really expensive so I called up to file a complaint. They said they would refund the full amount.

I know this is probably a stupid question but does that mean they will come back and take the flowers back or I just got a dozen roses for free?

Update: I just found out that they first dropped off the wrong flowers, 3 sets of some ugly yellow flower then they came back 30 minutes later and dropped off the real red roses with card.

Stupid hallmark, well atleast it was free plus my GF has a good sense of humor so she thought it was funny and loved the roses :)

i don't think they'll take the flowers back.

next time, use 1800flowers.com.

I was going to use them but read they were horrible online. Have you had good experiences with them?

They are giving you the flowers for free. Because they want you to feel good about the experience, so that next time you order flowers, you'll use them again. And pay the full price.

My mother is a florist, and the normal mark up on flowers is about 400%. So the next batch you buy will pay for the first one, and they still make money.

Now just try to force yourself to think the roses were better sent by themselves~

I know my credit card bill will be lower this month, thats a bonus :) I don't know if I would order from them again though since this is the first time I ordered from them and they screwed it up. Luckily this wasn't a special occassion, I just wanted to do something nice for her. I don't think I would trust them for a special occassion.

1-800flowers.com, I have used them plenty of times, never had any issues with them. Flowers were always delivered on time, no hassles, no problem, at least for me.

After being married for 28 years, a dozen roses means, that I really fvcked up in some way...so rather than send roses, I'll just find a little private time with her, and kiss her neck and ears. At that point, she knows that I love her, have fvcked up, and all is good again, at least for a few days. :)

I've used 1800flowers.com and Proflowers.com

I only had issues with 1800flowers.com when ordering non-flower items.

Proflowers.com has always been good to me... and the wife. :)
